Our Practice
The Facial & Cosmetic Surgery Center of the North Area provides comprehensive facial cosmetic surgery services to patients in Carmichael, California and the greater Sacramento area.
This practice was established in 1972 by Dr. Andrew Pichler, M.D., a Board Certified Facial Plastic surgeon who has successfully performed thousands of facial plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for more than 30 years. With a practice devoted to face and neck procedures, Dr. Pichler has developed a great deal of experience and expertise in procedures such as facelifts, eyelid tucks (blepharoplasty), brow and forehead lifts and rhinoplasty ("nose job").

About Dr. Pichler
Board Certification assures that the physician has completed a rigorous training and examination process. Doctors certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery have devoted all of their training to performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery on the face and head and neck, particularly facelifts, eyelid tucks (blepharoplasty), brow and forehead lifts and rhinoplasty ("nose job").
In addition, it is also helpful to know how long the doctor has been performing the Facial Plastic surgical procedures which you are considering and what kind of results have been attained. You should feel comfortable having all of your questions fully answered in an unhurried environment.

Dr. Andrew Pichler is Board Certified by the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery, meaning that his medical training has been focused specifically on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical School and completed his residency training at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center.

All of Dr. Pichler's procedures are performed in an accredited surgical facility , which is located adjacent to the office. Patients can also be transferred to the pre-eminent Mercy San Juan Medical Center, one of the top hospitals in the Sacramento area, if needed.
Our surgery center is equipped with the most advanced surgical and monitoring systems available and staffed by an experienced and caring team of licensed plastic surgery specialists. All of our doctors and staff members are available to help you and address any questions or concerns you may have. Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information.
