Description: Rhinoplasty via the intra-nasal approach (no external incisions). Patient had a small dorsal (top) bump , a very bulbous tip and excessive projection (protrusion).

Details: Side view (lateral): note smoother, straighter top, slightly less projection of the tip with a very slight elevation of the tip. A "softer" more feminine nose.
